Shipping Policy
We have set Tirupati Courier Services and Delhivery Courier Services as our delivery partner. We assure you delivery of your products within 3-8 business days. But, due to Covid Pandemic issues it may delay in exceptional cases.
We deliver to around 20,000 pincodes all over India. Exempted pincodes from delivery partner won’t accept orders. You can try from your Friends/Relatives address as per your convenience. If any orders received by your mistake in adding Address or any personal details won’t be cleared from our end. In case any casualties reported after making payment, we will refund you the order amount from our end exempting the charges and taxes paid.
Shipping charges are fixed for every order, excluding the minimum or maximum quantity criteria.
Tracking details of orders placed will be shared in 2-3 business days via mail.
For Delivery in Gujarat Rs. 40 will be charged and for anywhere in India outside Gujarat Rs. 70 will be charged.
We don’t deliver our products outside India.
Payments
We accept payments from Razorpay – India’s most trusted Payment Gateway. Convenience fee is charged by Instamojo on all orders.
Vira Jewels doesn’t accept Cash on Delivery in any cases.
If any issues for payments made due to Website maintenance or glitches your payment will be refunded from Vira Jewels.
Refund or Return Policy:
Currently Vira Jewels has no policy of refunds or return orders. Once the order is placed it will be delivered to your registered address. If not accepted, no refunds will be initiated.
If there are any issues from Vira Jewels or issues at virajewels.com due to excessive traffic or any other issues, we will surely look into the same and will take care of those cases.
If any damaged product received by any customer should have an unboxing video as a proof to share with courier partner. Without unboxing video, no refund, return or exchange would be done. So please make sure to make an unboxing video as soon as you receive your order. Unboxing video should be shared in 5 days from the delivery date of the order. Once checking the unboxing video, refund for the same will be initiated in 2 business days for the damaged/missing product.
Please share the shipping address at your convenience. Due to Covid pandemic issues, your delivery may delay. Returned orders due to non acceptance or any reasons won’t be re-delivered. If the issue is from delivery partners end we will refund the order amount excluding the taxes charged while placing order.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of booking it for any reasons. After 24 hours or once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you cancel any order within 24 hours of ordering, you will be refunded only your order amount. The convenience charges charged by payment gateway won’t be refunded.

Do not wear jewelry while applying makeup, perfume & lotion.
Clean your jewelry by gently buffing the piece with a soft dry buffing cloth and store it in an airtight container.
Our products are not water proof. Hence, we request you to follow the mentioned ‘Care Guide’ in order to maintain color of the products.
